Melina Kumar is a true global citizen, shaped by a life and career spanning six countries. From Germany originally, her extended family has roots in India, Ireland, the UK and the USA, she has been navigating multiple different cultures, perspectives, and traditions during her whole life.

 

This multicultural background naturally led her to an international career in finance and project management, working across Europe, Russia, and Central Asia for nearly two decades. At her core, Melina believes in building trust, fostering collaboration, and making transitions smoother, both in business and in life. Having moved across borders multiple times herself, she knows firsthand

the challenges of relocation, which ultimately led her to her current career.
